The Pemberton statistics for 2017 have been compiled and they are certainly telling. 2017 was a very busy year in real estate and we saw significant transactions in most areas of the market only limited by lack of inventory. This same shortage of inventory and high demand have driven house prices to record highs.
From the statistics you can also see that The Whistler Real Estate Co. is still the go to company for buyers and sellers and most of the purchasers were local buyers.
